I love being a dentist

It’s a hands-on profession in which I work closely with my patients. God made each person unique and I appreciate their company, and the stories they share, as we work together to improve their dental health.

I’ve been part of the practice for more than 15 years and have enjoyed seeing families change and grow during that time. I particularly like working with people who are restoring their oral health and their smile. There’s a lot of personal and professional joy when a person is able to smile with confidence ... and I love seeing those big, bright, wonderful smiles in the community!

Education and Continuing Education

After receiving my dental degree, I served our country as a dentist in the U.S. Navy from 1996 to 1999. During that time, I completed my general practice residency at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia.

Continuing education is a core part of my commitment to my profession, my patients, and myself. Throughout the year I take a range of postgraduate courses to stay current on new methodologies and technology. This ensures patients receive the best treatment for their needs.

Our Team

We have an incredible group of people here at the practice. Each is committed to making patients feel at home, safe, and well cared for during visits. They are people-oriented and try to make sure every patient has a comfortable, smooth experience and leaves with a smile!

Beyond the Practice

I grew up in Reno and moved to Grants Pass after serving in the United States Navy. I have 3 children - Parker, Paige and Presley.  We all enjoy the outdoors and we play various sports together including basketball, volleyball and tennis.

I also enjoy playing acoustic guitar - I play folk style figerpicking guitar as well as Chrisitian music and top current hits.  You may hear some 80's music playing at the office.   You can also find us playing piano and maybe doing some juggling at home.

We are excited to be in Grants Pass as there is so many outdoor activities to join in.   Hope to see you soon.
